I will cover both emergency and hospital holistically. Context: 4pm i get an injury - tear of the bicep tendon. 5pm i am in emergency room of that hospital. First registration is nothing but pleasant and quick. However first time i get contacted by a doctor is 2:30am. :) thw hospital has few emergency doctors and lots of urgent patients. After i got admitted by a doctor, i get a quick diagnosis as my problem is very clear. We also agree that they will try to obtain MRI appointment for me and can get an operation done within a week, which sounds amazing given my case. We do quick x-ray and i go home. 8:45am same day i receive a call from a doctor telling me that they arranged MRI and potentially an OP. About 1-2pm i am already being operated. Less than 24 hours after an incident! The speed is amazing once cogs are turning. :) 10 hours of initial waiting is what steals the star

I arrived at the emergency room with low expectations based on online reviews I had read. However, it turned out to be a very positive experience. The waiting time was nearly zero, and all the staff were super accommodating and professional. . I received my test and scanning results super fast, and the medical staff were very supportive. Last but not least, the cost for a foreigner was very reasonable at 200 euros. Bottom line: if you need ER service, this place is highly recommended.

Thank you Dr. Milacak. I had a breast reduction surgery with Dr. Milacak, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind and reassuring. I was very nervous before going into surgery, but her calm and supportive approach helped put me at ease and made me feel safe. After the operation, she even came to check on me in the evening and brought me a healthy Milk chocolate— a small gesture that meant so much and showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients. The results of the surgery have truly changed how I feel about myself. I look completely different, and I’m very happy and satisfied with how I look now. Although I’ve had some issues with the stitches, Dr. Milacak has been closely following up with me to make sure everything heals in the best way possible. I’m deeply grateful for her care, professionalism, and personal attention. Highly recommended!

I was a bit afraid because of the reviews, but I had an incredible experience. I stayed here 3 days without speaking proper german and everyone was extremely helpful, specially the people from Station 35 ☺️ thank you so much!

I recently had a surgery on my finger at the Munich Clinic Bogenhausen. I stabbed my fourth finger with a knife while trying to get the seed out of the avocado, and I cut the nerve and as a result I lost sensation on one side of my finger. I was so scared and in plenty of pain. I am so thankful for the surgeons of this hospital for taking such good care of me and operating my finger so quickly. I am still recovering and my finger is doing better after 2 weeks of surgery.
