3 months agoI had a clogged ear. The lady at the reception gave me a good guidance how long I would wait and when to be back for my appointment. The doctor was very professional, gentle and worked very quickly and carefully.

4 months agoI have been here a few times now and the staff are friendly and practical, they will tell you to return at a certain time and also inform you about how many people are waiting before you. So I didn't have to wait long at all. The dermatologist spoke excellent English and treated the issue straight away.

4 months agoNew parents here, visited with our only 10 day old daughter. Reception was friendly despite a Friday evening & long queue, the waiting time was much better than expected, the doctor extremely attentive and especially emphatic towards us parents. 5 full stars, completely deserved and more. 4 months agoI brought someone to this clinic with severe symptoms after being diagnosed the day before with a kidney infection. The doctor did a couple of tests and said it was just muscle pain. The next day she was hospitalized. She spent another day in pain without the care she needed. Really disappointed with how this was handled.
